What a nasty and unpleasant comment. And untrue as well.

I am sorry but I think your comment is mean. Its one thing to describe an outfit or style as ugly but to apply that to a person is cruel, unkind, and has nothing to do with fashion.

The Queen is 76 years old and kind. Your comment is mean and crass. Please keep such thoughts to yourself and do not write them here and bring meanness into what is generally a lovely group chat. - AnneLise

      Dear anon,
is it really necessary to post such a hateful comment? If this is your opinion, well, it is like it is. But shouldn't we adults be role models for teenagers and choose our words more wisely? I do teach that to my students. Words can hurt. Sometimes more than actions and more than you think. Please be more respectful towards others! Iris

She looks old because she is old and as for ugly, I am sure you'll look worse in her age, because hateful stupid mindset makes for ugly face. (GM)

The outfit is good. But I think she could profit from a different neckline. This kind of neckline is her usual one but it does nothing for her. A glimpse of her usual stacked necklaces is not something that elevates her looks, a neckline allowing to see one wholly visible beautiful necklace or pearls would be much better, imho. It does not have to be diamonds but it should be decoratively displayed. (GM)

    12. Nobody can claim that all pictures taken of a person are nice to look at. Some are (much) better than others ....

I am glad the blog administrator took down the comment and that I was spared from reading whatever was in the nasty commnet. We have to remember this is a fashion blog, seasoned with bits and bobs of what the royal ladies get up to as well as important events in the their lives. From time to time we have discussed the history of some timeless pieces such as tiaras, and some have brought in some news/gossip which makes conversation interesting (after some time we let the gossip fizzle out as it often does).

Love outfit--beautiful soft pink shade is lovely for QC. I adore her parasol! A great outfit for a day outside and on the water. Really lovely.

The Queen is right to stick to this kind of tunique-trousers combination, this time in soft rose colour: it suits her perfectly and she looks lovely.
    Aren’t her earrings stunning?

I agree with you. The wide tunic/ trouser combo must be very comfortable in hot weather and the color is pretty.

Queen Camilla looks tired. Her make-up suffered from the heat. Once I heard she cannot stand the heat. I understand that I am also 76 years old and do not support to go out when it is hot. King Charles looks as fresh as if he was walking around in Schotland. They should better leave these trips to the younger generation. Rose

Lorraine (85 ans).
