Christmas Greeting From Royal Family of The Netherlands

The Royal House have released a new photo for Christmas greetings of Dutch Royal Family. King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima, wanted to congratulate this Christmas with a photo of theirs, in which they appear together with their three daughters, Princesses Catharina-Amalia, Alexia and Ariane. The photo was taken during a visit to April Fair held in Seville, Spain in May 2019.

    1. @9:37 - Yes indeed, it's an old photo, and I was disappointed to see this as their holiday greeting. Kind of tacky. How hard is it as wealthy royals to come out with a nice recent photo of this lovely family? *Rose*

  5. Well this is really different.Beautiful costumes and a happy family.Times are changing not everybody goes by tradition anymore. I hope not all the meaning of Christmas is getting lost.. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to the NLRF.

  9. Somehow, not quite sure why, I find it distasteful. I am not being rude, it was just the first impression I had when I saw the photo. The youngest daughter also seems to have a look as if, "oh no" on her face, or a slight grimace.

    1. I also agree and I don't think it is rude to dislike this "christmas photo". My first thought was that they mistook christmas for Carnival.
