Japan’s Empress Masako turns 62 today. Empress Masako was born on December 9, 1963, in Minato. To mark the occasion, the Imperial Household Agency released new photographs of Empress Masako. The photos were taken on December 3 at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, featuring the Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako discussing items that were presented to them as souvenirs during their state visit to Mongolia.
During their state visit to Mongolia in July, Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako attended a state banquet hosted by President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh and his wife, as well as the opening ceremony of Naadam, the country’s largest annual festival.

Tous les deux sont bien charmants quand ils sont côte à côte, ce qui permet de voir l'élégance de Masako ainsi que celle de Naruhito dont le costume ne nous montre jamais de faux plis - Je souhaite un bon anniversaire à l'impératrice !
ReplyDeleteWishing HIM the happiest of birthdays!🎂

Emperor Naruhito seems to like his red velvet Mongolian hat. Also, the flower arrangement in the vase is impressive. For the Empress: She looks very good, but I wish for her skirt to be just a tiny bit shorter.
ReplyDeleteEt Masako a reçu une tunique ou une robe (vert d'eau et dorée) qui semble très belle, dommage de ne pas la voir dépliée sur les photos.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely colour for her. I very much like the blouse, such a pretty delicate lace.
ReplyDeleteShe’s such a lovely, smart and classy lady.
ReplyDeleteShe looks beautiful in this ensemble. Simplistic and elegant. Love the subtle pearl necklace. The pearl earrings are a beautiful accompaniment.
ReplyDelete天皇陛下は皇后陛下のどのような言葉を聞いて笑顔になるのでしょうね。
ReplyDeleteFantastic look for Empress Masako. A very happy 62nd birthday to her.
