One hundred years after the prince's death, Prince Albert II wished to honor his nature lover great-great-grandfather and to that end, he handed over a bust of Prince Albert I to the Norwegian Polar Institute during a celebration. Prince Albert I (1848 - 1922) was Prince of Monaco from 10 September 1889 until his death. He devoted much of his life to oceanography, exploration and science.

The Marius pattern has been popular in Norway since 1954. Today it's used not only in clothes. You find it on everything under the sun 😉

The twins look great in their matching sweaters as does Prince Albert. I love he involves his children in visits like this--family, history, science, environmental protection, etc. I really believe he is a wonderful father.

Do you say the same when the other royal aren't joined at the hip? We see the other couple do a lot on their own, but we never see comments like this.
