Princess Kate looks very French in her Dior! Perfection! Bridgette's dress is lovely as well. Beautiful looks all around.

POW is wearing a very nice suit, fits well, flows nicely. I know many think her long tresses are beautiful, however I think shoulder length would be more attractive.Mdm Macron always looks nice in a tailored dress. I like the colour blue of Mr. Macron’s suit, he should get some shorter shoe laces.

I agree with you, this colour is very nice on Kate, but the long, flowy hair is giving schoolgirl vibes to me.

Kate has always the same old boring clothes.
    Diana was fun and modern.

Kate is dressed in Dior, which is not boring. The last years Dior concentrated again on the 50s collection and remade the same clothes but with a modern twist.
Diana became fun and modern after she separated from Charles. Before that, she was dressed with too long skirts and old boring clothes.

Diane's clothes begin to look interessting after she got divorced. Catherine is the future queen. And she looks and act the part perfectly

POW is establishing a signature style for ‘ business’. She is not trying to draw attention to her clothing or needing to make a statement. She is not a brand ambassador either. The late queen had her dress and coat, this queen has just a dress, POW seems to be leaning toward suits, either skirt or pants. It will be interesting to see what the future brings.

I love Catherine's outfit. It's very becoming, with the soft frothy shirt and the tailored jacket. Her lovey hat finishes the look perfectly. I believe that her skirt and jacket is by Maria Grazia Chiuri who was the head designer at Dior for many years. But now that she has recently been replaced (about a month or two ago) I will miss her beautiful designs.
Madame Macron also looks very chic in her signature white. She hardly ever puts a wrong foot forward.
I don't really like this green for this occasion for Camilla (would look better elsewhere) though there's nothing wrong with her outfit. I love her hat.

Looking forward to the gowns and jewels at the state dinner tonight.

Interesting to compare this Dior ensemble to the similar two-piece in white from selg-portrait that the Princess wore to Garter day this year: https://www.newmyroyals.com/2025/06/the-royal-family-attends-2025-garter.html
Both are soft and flowy skirts and a stiffer jacket made of a very different fabric above it. I prefer Dior's solution. The contrast is there, but much finer, not so pronounced ("let's make the contrast even more cotrasty") like in the self-portrait suit. Quite in the sense of less is more. Catherine looks fabulous and Madame Macron too, which is not all too surprising, she has a very elegant style whatever she chooses to wear.

I think the blush color looks draining on Catherine. I love the jacket,( the same style worn by Queen Mary of Denmark)but the tuelle skirt has me in mind of the Self Portrait ensemble she wore quite recently. I find tuelle should be worn in the evening or on a bride.
    QC - It’s her usual style,just a different color.
DoE- It looks like another Beulah dress. I never quite understand how she chooses her accessories. A pair of pearl earrings would have been far more fitting than gold drop earrings. Her ‘little girl’ handbag is another mystery. That would be fine in a private setting, but too casual for a state visit.
Mrs M - I like the cut and color of her dress. Her hair tied back is also more flattering.
Looking forward to what tiaras will be worn tonight.
    Lowri.

How thoughtful Kate in a french designer and Dior is still the top in French design. What I specially like is the different fabrics in jacket and skirt. The skirt is floating and the jacket is quite business like. It's really stunning. And I cannot remember that Kate ever has worn this colour before. So new and different cause Kate normally prefers primary colours and now this is so much more subtle. Mme Macron in her signature designer dress , less is more and so elegant. And please mme Macron always put yr hair as it is now.

    Princess Catherine : 11/10
    C'est Dior !
    Mme Macron : 10/10
I think she wears her go to designer Louis Vuitton. She always dresses with good taste and according her morphology.
    Queen Camilla : 8/10
I give these points for the color which suits her beautifully. The shape of the dress being more or less the same as always has no zipper,. The shoulder pads are not too thick like usual and the hem of thes leeves is finished well. She looks better than usual.
    Duchess Sophie : 3/10
Does she really has no better dress to wear on a state visit than this ? And then that silly handbag again. And her hair pulled back in the neck. She looks like a granny, but no in 2025 grannies are looking up to date and have a modern hairstyle.

Mme Macron toujours très élégante mais toujours dans cette sobriété qui la caractérise. Ne pas en faire trop.
