On July 7, 2025, Prince Albert II of Monaco inaugurated the exhibition “Colors!” at the Grimaldi Forum, accompanied by Princess Alexandra of Hanover and Mr. Ben Sylvester Strautmann. From July 8 to August 31, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco will present “Colors!”, an exhibition dedicated to the modern history of color through major 20th-century masterpieces drawn from the collection of the Centre Pompidou.

Curated by Didier Ottinger, Deputy Director of the National Museum of Modern Art, the exhibition features over one hundred works, including paintings by around thirty major artists—from Sonia Delaunay to Jean-Michel Basquiat, including Pablo Picasso, Amedeo Modigliani, Henri Matisse, and Vassily Kandinsky.

    La robe de la princesse Alexandra est une bonne idée.

    Elle est simple, féminine et jolie.

    Néanmoins, une robe aussi longue est mieux mise en valeur par le port d’une paire de talons.

    La chaussure portée par elle n’est pas à mon goût. Par contre son sac à main est harmonieux.

    C’est vrai que pour une exposition autour des couleurs, une couleur plus vive aurait été bienvenue.

    J’affectionne la robe rouge de la dame. Elle est à mon goût.

  2. Je ne suis pas pour l'asymétrie de la robe d'Alexandra ainsi que de sa longueur ; je préfère carrément la robe de la dame à sa gauche vêtue de rouge framboise avec une touche de rose vif jusque dans ses chaussures !

    Sur les deux premières photos ce ne sont pas les tenues qui attirent mon attention mais le tableau car j'aime beaucoup le style de l'artiste Delaunay.
    Je note qu'Albert fait un clin d'oeil au thème de l'expo avec sa cravate discrètement colorée ! Paloma.

    Very interesting tie for the prince. Alexandra does not look well to me, perhaps it is the colour of her gown against her fair complexion. Not the best look for her.

    She most likely is a very nice young woman, but with a mother with lovely taste and style, I wish this princess would find a look for her hair and makeup that says "pretty." She, for me, fades into the woodwork, so to speak, and nothing stands out. I feel sad for her.
