| On June 23, Prince and Princess Akishino, Princess Kako, Princess Mako and Prince Hisahito attended Indonesia folk music concert held at Tokyo Concert Hall on the occasion of 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Republic of Indonesia. Primary school pupils in Kesennuma city affected by Big East Japan Earthquake attended the concert. 23 years old Princess Kako who returned to Japan after a long time was applauded for a long time when she came in the hall. |
I like Princess Mako. Does anybody have news about her postponed wedding? It seems so sad. I hope there is no drama.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I've heard, there was some drama. Her fiancee's mother apparently had some financial issues failing to repay money that she owed, and the Japanese press kept reporting about it.

DeleteLooks like Princesses Mako and Make are wearing pretty spring dresses under their black jackets -- would have loved to see them. Everyone looks very crisp and elegant though!
