Queen Mathilde visits Ukiyo-e exhibition at Cinquantenaire Museum

On November 17, 2016, Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the exhibition "Ukiyo-e. The Most Beautiful Japanese Prints" at the Cinquantenaire Museum in Brussels. The exhibition is held on the occasion of the celebrate of the 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belgium and Japan.

    1. I have thought that too Kristina. But do you think maybe it is the cut of Natan? It is almost A-line and I think being fuller at the bottom makes it look off and shorter. Does that make sense ? LOL

    2. Hello Diane, I agree with you. Maybe that dress would look much better on shorter person .Queen Mathilde is quite tall especially with high heels on so should not wear too short dresses. To me it does not look right.

  3. Don't like Natan. Not on anyone. Clothes seem to me to be kitsch & badly tailored. Looks like hi-end dept store off-the-rack from the 50s. Too shiny, too boxy, too much bricabrac. Uninteresting. Wish the royal ladies would branch out.
