  1. The dress suits her quite well; the whole look maybe a bit at the limit of being overdressed.

This is really wow! Beautiful white dress and right colour accessories and brooch. So elegant and regal. Mathilde knows how to dress.

Mathilde is elegant, even in simplicity. The ivory dress, a few statement pieces of jewelry, hair in place, the jewelry matches, lovely smile. Edwina

Very nice and elegant! I would have liked to see a full front view without the flowers to see how the draping of the skirt was constructed. Purely designer interest.

  8. This ivory dress and interesting feature down the front of her dress is very pretty, I love the neckline. Her jewellery used, a brooch? is very effective, clever accessory.

Mathilde looks marvelous here--beautiful cream dress that fits beautifully. Love the choice of gol accessories but that brooch is too large for my taste--it looks like its so heavy that it is pulling at the bodice. Had it been 1/2 its size I would have loved it.

Queen Mathilde looks lovely today. I like the dress as well as its colour, but the handbag (and then I'm not talking about the colour) in my opinion doesn't go well with the drapery of the skirt part. A clutch might have been a better idea. As much as I appreciate the large brooch, I cannot but wonder what would have been the comments if queen Maxima would have worn such a large brooch ... most of you without any doubt can come up with words like 'attention seeker .. over the top ...'. Let's all be fair an consequent in our opinions.

I think I saw Queen Maxima with the necklace of that brooch and earrings. Yes there is a necklace made of these golden leaves and it is not Queen Mathilde who has it. If I remember correctly Queen Mathilde took 2 leaves out of the brooch and had made earrings of it. I read somewhere that these jewels are bought at Natan's, but I am not sure it is true.

In the meantime I found out about the jewels. At first there was a necklace bought or not by Queen Mathilde at Natan's. From that necklace Queen Mathilde has made a brooch and earrings. Queen Maxima must have a necklace that resembles a bit these jewels, but since she has so many modern jewelry that I probably made a mistake.
