On July 30, 2018, at Togu Palace, Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako of Japan hosted children reporters who came from Okinawa and Hokkaido cities. 60 primary school and secondary school students spent an hour with the couple. Princess Charlene of Monaco made a friendly visit to residents of Résidence A Qietüdine (a retirement home) on Saturday after celebrations of the 70th Monaco Red Cross Ball Gala and gave gifts. Among the gifts, there were photos of her twins, Princess Gabriella and Crown Prince Jacques of Monaco, that were taken a few days ago in Roc Angel Gardens. A Qietüdine which is a retirement home located near Rock Harbour in the city center is part of a national project.

On July 17, 2018, Prince Charles, Prince Of Wales and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall visited the Isles of Scilly, a group of over 200 islands and rocks located 28 miles from Cornwall. The Isles of Scilly have been part of the Duchy of Cornwall since its beginning in the 14th century. The Duke of Cornwall is the longest serving Duke, and manages the Duchy estate. The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall met with residents of St. Martin’s during the visit and those on holiday on the island.

Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the 16th "Nelson Mandela Annual Lecture" which was held in Johannesburg. The 2018 Nelson Mandela Annual Lecture, in partnership with the Motsepe Foundation, was delivered by former US President Barack Obama in Johannesburg. The lecture took place on 17 July 2018, a day before Nelson Mandela International Day 2018, and was held at the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. About 15 000 people attended.

On July 9, Prince Louis was baptised at St. James's Palace's Royal Chapel. On July 15, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released five official photographs to mark the christening of Prince Louis.
