Agree very nice! Thery all are dressed very nice and well fitting. Love the shoes and the hairstyle of Sofia and Leonor. Today Letizia´s hairstyl for a foto-shot is not. I think another style would have been much better, but then I am not the one with this Max-Hair.

This is a typical dress for the Balearic Islands...Some people see ghost lately..

And the alpargatas (espadrilles) are totally Spanish and made in Spain...just the contrary..

Pretty dress. It is a complement to what her girls are wearing. White for Sofia and lace for Leonor. Every lace dress cannot be inspired by the Middletons.

It was not my intention to create conflict, in someway the dress or the shoes reminded me Kate. Thanks

Let her stand on her own. She deserves it. The constant references to others for inspiration especially since her culture is different make her seem lacking. Not so.

It is obvious you did not intend to create conflict, but some people commenting here are so negative.....they see an opportunity to disagree and argue in mostly anything.

The shoes are the typical Spanish shoes for summer. Kate is Spanish??

Ahora las alpargatas son de Kate también?? They're the most Spanish shoes.. only made here .

Everyone looks very nice, fantastic dress for Letizia also the girls look good. It seems Infanta Sofia is a little taller then her sister.Everyone also has a little suntan.

  7. I never comment on royal children - as a mother I just imagine how I'd hate for strangers to judge even the most insignificant detail about my child. But I will say that Letizia dresses her daughters beautifully. It is not easy to dress a preteen or young teenage girl - so often they look too old, or otherwise too juvenile. Letizia's girls look perfect, in my opinion - like classy girls who look and act their age.

  8. Letizia is in a design from her favorite Hugo Boss …… I can't see any Kate inspiration?! The dress is perfect fitting her as always - and the length looks better on her than on the taller model! :-) !

Letizia's dress looks fantastic, great for the summer. I also like the girl's dresses. Beautiful family.

  10. Again, I think Leonor and Sofia are too old to wear these little-girls dresses. Especially Leonor´s dress is more fitting for a 5yo.

    6. Just to clarify: I´m not suggesting to dress the girls like women. I totally agree that that would be too early and inappropriate. But - there are plenty of choices suitable for children their age. Beautiful children´s clothing, just right for preteens. These shapeless dresses on the other hand are best suited for very young children (and I´m thinking 2-6years), especially with that gathered baby-doll waist etc.

That the dresses are made in sizes to fit these girls is an indication that some parents still prefer them to look their age. These dresses are not much different than the ones they wore last summer. The kids they interact with probably dress like this too, or mom would definitely hear it. They begin to get feisty at this age.

Vanessa, my daughters only want t-shirts and shorts, it's a very difficult age, they know what they want.

The fact that the dresses their wore comes in their sizes or in their age group just shows they are not too old to wear this kind of dresses. Leonor's dress is even available for age 14. Even some adults prefer to wear this style.

  13. Lovely appearance. I like how the girls are coordinated with their parents without it being too matchy matchy.

Letizia's outfit is lovely - very summery but still chic.

The girls look great - I particularly like Leonor's dress and I like Sofia's new shorter hair.

    1. Teresa, nobody is arguing the fact that espadrilles can be manufactured anywhere in the globe. Some of the bloggers where trying yo give a little insight in regards of this this type of shoe wear so typical of the baleáric islands for many centuries. Her majesty is wearing them as a homage to the locals, and definitely not as an imitation of Kate's style. You can simply google the regional customs and dresses of these beautiful island and you will understand.
