The Emperor and Empress are in Shiga Prefecture on the occasion of the National Sports Festival. On September 29, Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako visited the Shiga Prefectural School for the Blind in Hikone City. Afterwards, Their Majesties met with members of a guide dog association. Earlier in the day, before visiting the school, they attended the badminton competition of the National Sports Festival in Ōtsu City.

ReplyDeleteHM looks lovely in this shade of blue. I like her in a pant suit. We see most of our royal ladies in pant suits. I find them just as flattering as skirt suits.
