On August 14, 2025, Crown Prince Al Hussein received the top achievers of the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) for the 2024–2025 academic year at Basman Palace in Amman, Jordan. The Crown Prince, accompanied by Princess Rajwa, congratulated the students on their success and spoke with them about their plans to pursue higher education in various disciplines.
The Crown Prince urged them to focus on developing a range of skills to prepare for the evolving nature of the labour market, as well as to participate in cultural and volunteer opportunities during their time at university. Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Azmi Mahafzah, and Director of the Office of the Crown Prince Zaid Baqain also attended the meeting.
Very interesting design, makes for a feminine look.

P.Rajwa looks lovely in white. She seemed to favour darker colours for a while so it's nice to see her in a lighter colour here, and white seems to suit her very well.
ReplyDeleteI'll say that her outfit gets full marks in the category of 'unusual' - and it is refreshing to see an unusual outfit like this that we'd not likely come across anywhere else. The top fits her snugly, but I think it's designed to fit that way, and she has the upper figure that is perfect for that design. Here's also where under support matters and she's nailed it.
The bottom part looks like an apron or a skirt worn over a pair of flared pants. I know it's all one piece, but having both seems superfluous to me. Because of her gorgeous height, she'd be the perfect candidate for just the trendy flared trousers without the skirt part, even though I admit, she pulls off this outfit as is, rather well.

I like this pantsuit, it fits well and looks elegant. Suits her well. Its unusual, and eye catching. The belt at the waist, adding definition. (I think its a belt!)

I don't like the top and pant set worn by Princess Rajwa. The top is too tight and I start to sweat when I see the pants under the skirt. Maybe it is less hot in Jordan than in Europe for the moment.
ReplyDeleteHow is the top of this exquisite outfit too tight? It is supposed to be form fitting. It amazes me when a person from another place in the world decides the royal is not dressed for the climate they are in. She will have many options available to her so she is able to set the right tone for the event and remain comfortable. Maybe your sweating is due to hormonal changes?

DeleteDon't worry my hormonal changes are longtime over. I am not the only one who is getting hot of seeing how she is dressed. Perhaps you don't understand French but our collegue Paloma (just below) is also getting hot when looking at Rajwa's outfit.
Des manches longues et presque un col roulé, j'avoue que tout ça me donne vraiment chaud en ce moment avec la canicule. Même les cheveux longs donnent chaud dans le cou ! Mais sans doute que dans leur palais il fait très frais. Paloma.

I like it, but it is a lot of fabric. I could have done without the front flap. Do you think there is a similar back flap? Overall, a little too massive looking, without a visual relief.
