On Sunday, July 27, 2025, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden visited the Solliden Classic Vehicle Exhibition (Entusiastfordonsutställning) at Solliden Castle Park. Around 500 vehicles took part in the 2025 event, organized by Solliden and Öland motor clubs. The King presented awards to the owners of the vehicles most favored by both the public and the expert jury. For the occasion, Queen Silvia wore a printed shirt dress from Camilla Thulin’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection.[ads id="ads1"]

DeleteAnother lovely print summer dress from Camilla Thulin this time worn by Queen Silvia. She looks wonderful--and its great to see her able to wear regular shoes now. I know KCG is an avid car enthusiast so this event is probably one his favorites of the year. I read on another site that 2 of his own cars are on display--a Ferrari and his childhood pedal car. I'm thinking the pedal car is shown in photo #2--really cute.

After being used to seeing Q.Sylvia usually wearing suits, jackets and trousers, I think she looks fab in this lovely dress, by the same brand that Victoria is wearing in the previous post. Lovely to see them relaxed and enjoying the warm summer weather.

ReplyDeleteSorry, queen Silvia should stop dying her hair. It looks stringy and is too long, the colour is very harsh. The effect is aging and certainly not what the queen intends.

DeleteThe queen is wearing a very pretty summer shirt dress. I'm wondering if she's s growing out her hair a bit. There can be tricky moments when growing out hair like ours. It can be difficult to manage until the length pulls it a bit straighter. It is great that she still has full curly hair
