On May 8, 2025, Norway’s Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Prince Sverre Magnus attended the UEFA Europa League semi-final match between Bodø/Glimt and Tottenham Hotspur at Aspmyra Stadium in Bodø. The English team Tottenham Hotspur advanced to the UEFA Europa League final by defeating Norway's team Bodø/Glimt 2–0.
Earlier in the day, prior to the match, the Crown Princess and Prince Sverre Magnus met with Glimt’s Star Team – an inclusive football program for children and young people aged 6 to 15 with disabilities or who struggle to fit into regular teams.
