On Wednesday, 30 September 2026, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène attended a reception held in honor of Monaco’s 10,000th citizen at Monaco City Hall. The reception was attended by Anna’s family. Anna, a young Monégasque citizen born in June, became Monaco’s 10,000th citizen, marking a historic milestone for the Principality.
Monegasque citizenship is based primarily on the principle of jus sanguinis. In other words, citizenship is conferred primarily by birth to a Monégasque parent, regardless of place of birth. For the occasion, Princess Charlène wore a jacquard midi dress by Carolina Herrera.

That season has been long, but recently we’ve seen her in many different colours and prints, which I think is to her advantage.

ReplyDeletePrincess Charlene wears the same dress as CP Elisabeth from Belgium on the National day July 21, this year. Princess Elisabeth wore the A-line version by Carolina Herrera as on the model last picture.
This dress fits her perfectly, would be nice to have in other colours too. The teal green dress is pretty though I find the short skirt not in proportion, it would look so much nicer knee length, imo. Just because you have thin legs doesn’t always translate well with shirt skirts.

Of course the winning shots here are Charlene and this adorable baby--she really loves children and connects with them so well. What treasures these photos will be for Anna as she grows up.
