On 30 September 2026, the Princess of Wales visited West Sussex Minibus, a volunteer-run community transport organization that provides transportation services to people who cannot easily access public transportation due to isolation, mobility limitations, or financial barriers. West Sussex Minibus is a member of the Community Transport Association (CTA).
West Sussex Minibus is supported by 284 volunteers and operates a fleet of 11 minibuses. The fleet covers approximately 60,000 miles each year, providing around 13,000 passenger journeys. The Princess of Wales then visited Pulborough Village Hall, where the weekly lunch club provides a welcoming space for people from across the local area to come together for activities and conversation.
Jigsaw Grey Maxi City Coat
Reiss Kathlyn Matte-Silk Tie-Neck Blouse

No hair falling into hair face, drawing attention, no fiddling with hair, no throwing hair back with fingers, no hair covering beautiful clear face: Lady Ponytail forever :-) . The different grey tones are really very nice together. Classic-noble outfit, love it on her.
ReplyDeletei know!
Deletei always wonder she shakes alot of hands and then touches her hair alot, does she wash it everyday before she puts it on her pillow/bed at night!
I agree. And a coat from Jigsaw: didn't she used to work there for a while after graduation? Nice touch.
DeleteShe looks younger with her hair pulled back. Not that it's important to look younger. I like the coat and pants. I just don't like those bowed blouses. The minibuses are a great idea.
DeleteSo much better with the ponytail and no dangling tendrils of hair. The whole outfit is nice but the coat is gorgeous.

DeleteYou captured by thoughts on Kate 's hair situation perfectly.
No need for me to add anything.

DeleteShe's out working once a week. It's not that hard to wash the hair.
Professional and elegant!
ReplyDeleteA brilliant initiative. Where I live public transport is set up for the able and those who can’t move as fast or as far; it’s brilliant and the drivers watch out carefully for people who need to move slower. But when I travel I see how rare it is. When you can no longer drive or walk distances, how do you move around to keep living? So this service is really beautiful and I’m so glad to see it getting this boost by Catherine’s visit. She looks fantastic and like she is having a ball. Hairstyle A1.
ReplyDeleteÉlĂ©gant manteau qui lui sied Ă ravir - Pas vraiment fan de ce genre de noeud Lavallière ; j’ai dĂ©jĂ vu mieux !
ReplyDeleteCatherine’s ponytail really looks great on her. I like the choice of plum colored shoes, purse, and belt with the gray color, but the rest of the outfit looks very 1980’s frumpy to me.

Catherine really does a fabulous job to meeting these people ❤️
ReplyDeleteShe looks polished and professional. I work in an corporate environment in New York City, and this is excellent autumnal dressing inspiration!
ReplyDeleteSomber colours again. On photo N°4 the people who are outside in the sun wear T-shirts. What will the PoW wear when it is getting cold, if she has to wear a woolen coat already ? On the other side of the channel it was 26°C during the day.
ReplyDeleteSounds like trying to find something to lament about? Wool is not synonymous with warm, depends on the weight of the wool used, and a lot of the royal ladies wear jackets made of wool in summer - nobody seems to see a problem in that.
DeleteI was also wondering about the full length wool coat when others are wearing summer clothes. Obviously she must need it otherwise a blazer or jacket would have been worn. I personally don’t love this blouse, but I love her ponytail.
DeleteReally? Criticising someone for wearing a coat outside then taking it off inside? Some people feel the cold some don’t. Some parts of neighbouring countries are cold others aren’t. Some people want to wear a coat. Later they might wear a different one or none… Certsinly where I live “just across the channel” these days it’s warm in the sun and cold in the shade. Each to their own, surely.
DeleteIt looks a little odd outside. It was a sunny day too. Many wore short sleeves but some wore long and pushed their sleeves up. A few seemed to wear jackets. The long coat stood out.
DeleteBritish weather, you can four seasons in one day especially in autumn/fall and Spring
DeleteThe blouse is so beautiful, especially with the lovely bow. Everything else is perfect.
ReplyDeleteI like it better with the coat on. The blouse isn't to my taste.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful woman. What a wonderful blouse with the bow. Her hair is perfect
ReplyDeletePerfect! Love the ponytail too--as others have pointed out it works wonderfully not only to keep her hair out of her face but it's also very chic and professional too.
ReplyDeleteJanet
My thoughts as well.
DeleteTotally agree, she looks perfect!
DeleteOutfit drab ,blouse is something my granny wouldn't wear. What has happened to her fashion style.
ReplyDeleteWell Natasha left.
DeleteThe blouse let the outfit down.
DeleteAnon 00:59 - I also think that Natasha leaving as her stylist has made a big difference. Her wardrobe the last few years has been much different than before. I rarely follow her engagements anymore, which is largely due to the change in wardrobe. I know that will anger some commenters, but it’s just the truth.
DeleteWhat happened to her fashion style? Nothing. Still classical choices for silhouettes and fabrics; still following trends on colours. Silvers and greys are “in” this autumn.
DeleteThe grey silk blouse is beautiful, I love this style, elegant and feminine.. Love her pants, I like the style, and fit. Her deep burgundy colored shoes and bag, perfect addition, I like the contrasting color, very effective. Her hair back off her face, I love!
ReplyDeleteJ'aime beaucoup sa coiffure en queue de cheval et son beau manteau gris.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful woman. What a wonderful blouse with the bow
