On 15 September 2026, Crown Princess Victoria attended the 2026 Björn Carlson’s Baltic Sea Prize ceremony at Operahuset in Stockholm. The prize was presented by the Crown Princess to Associate Professor of Marine Ecology Henrik Svedäng of the University of Gothenburg. Henrik Svedäng was awarded the prize for his pioneering research in marine ecology, fisheries science and ecosystem-based management.
The prize was established by the Björn Carlson Baltic Sea Foundation to recognise and facilitate initiatives that contribute to a healthier Baltic Sea. The prize is awarded annually to researchers or other individuals who, through research, the dissemination of knowledge or policy work, have made significant contributions to the Baltic Sea’s environment.

ReplyDeleteHappy to be totally on the positive side. Power suit good, cut good, length good, colour good, top good and there is a little necklace too which is good too. Earrings as usual on the voluminous side, perfect for her sleek working bun (that I love, so much better as hair everywhere). And she is fit as fit can be, if we can trust the photos. Adorable.
ReplyDeleteAlways love Victoria’s blue for water and ocean events. This blue is very lovely for her post-summer tanned skin. I’m ever so glad she did not wear the suit as the marketing model wore it ( I fail to understand how the design house thinks that styling makes it look attractive?!). But the flowers! The flowers are out of this world beautiful. I wonder where they ended up. Congratulations to Hendrik Svedäng who looks quite moved by the prize.

ReplyDeleteOh, I love this pantsuit. This would have to be one of my favorites of all the pantsuits I have seen her wear. Beautiful style, shape and fit, the color is sublime. I like the blouse accompanied, brilliant overall.
