On 19 June 2026, Queen Mary visited Aarhus University Hospital in her capacity as patron of Danish Hospital Clowns (Danske Hospitalsklovne) and met with hospitalized children and young people. Hospital Clowns work to strengthen hospitalized children's joy of life and resilience, helping them better cope with illness and treatment. The team involved in the programme consists not of volunteers but of professionals who undergo tailor-made hospital clown training, which is internationally recognised and takes one and a half years to complete.

    2. Aw hello, my friend, lovely to see your commenting again, so refreshing to read your comments. I am well thank you and I hope you are the same? We are currently in winter, be it a mild one so far, but I am hoping we get more of a cold blast soon, I love winter clothing and winter weather! Its my favorite season of the year, weird I know ! LOL! I literally dread our hot summers!
I have been reading about the heat you have been suffering! I am quietly not looking forward to when our turn in this country comes around!
Lovely you are on a break from work, I hope you are resting well. I look forward to hopefully reading more of your informative and interesting comments. Hugs!

Hello, my friend, and thank you for your kind words.
I am fine and yes, I'm resting well , pity it won' t last for long!
It is sweltering , alas, and I am dreaming of wintertime, winter clothes, freezing cold, lol..
I know I am contradicting myself but I surely prefer winter , too!!
Given my restricted amount of time, I am focusing on a small number of posts, I know I should be commenting on fashion but, no, there so many more important things to discuss, i.e. Princess Mette Marit's recent massive surgery or Queen Mary paying this uplifting visit By the way, I read that the Norwegian Parliament is trying to pass an amendment according to which Princess Ingrid Alexandra might be appointed Regent ad interim.
      Hugs!!
      👍👋
