On June 30, 2026, Queen Camilla visited the exhibition Chaos and Control: Printmaking in Scotland Now as part of the bicentenary celebrations of the Royal Scottish Academy of Art and Architecture (RSA) in Edinburgh. This timely survey exhibition explores the contribution of printmaking to the landscape of contemporary art in Scotland.
Curated by guest artist Ade Adesina RSA and RSA Programme Director Flora La Thangue, the exhibition presents works by leading figures in contemporary Scottish printmaking, alongside pieces by lesser-known and emerging print artists. The King and Queen are visiting Scotland with members of the Royal Family for their annual Royal Week.

Other than a pretty shade of blue, it is just her signature look.
ReplyDeleteYes 15:31, her signature look, very much so. I understand the apparent reluctance of GrDuss Stephanie of Luxembourg to enter into a "signature look", which you get unavoidably from a stylist.
DeleteI have rather be indulgent for her occasional not perfect fitting, than the rigidity of a "recommended look".
This dress is ageing her, her shoulders are leaning forward than usual!
ReplyDelete@15:33, Camilla has osteoporosis and this affects her posture in her age, of course. Please be so kind and stay on topic, her shoulders are not part of it.
Deleteich würde mich nicht über Osteoporose lustig machen!
DeleteNothing ages a woman like… her age. She’s 78.
DeleteTrès jolie robe bleue à larges plis mais il me semble que le tissu est trop lourd !

I feel she would have spinal issues with the disease Osteoporosis. Hence at times her posture, this is of no criticism. Affecting her posture, which has been commented on here. I think she is wearing her bee brooch? The color suits her well, lovely shade of blue.
ReplyDeleteFrumpy dress, colour and style
ReplyDeleteSimple okay dress
ReplyDeleteThe color of the dress is not summery. She can wear it in the autumn but now a brighter color would be so much better.
