  2. They added sleeves to the original design. That helps in cooler weather. The collar is cute. The dress makes Kate look even slimmer than usual. It makes her look like she has no hips- a very straight silhouette.

  3. Wonderful. The belt on this dress is a very good accessoire. She looks smart, professional and elegant.

  5. Why she continues to wear dresses which make her look even thinner than she is ? She could easily wear dresses which have much more volume with wide skirts and broader sleeves. Or the new style of jackets which are shorter and wider. Of course she must wear what she likes, but this is how I see it could be (IMO).

  6. Très élégant modèle mais à mon humble avis, il n’est pas à l’avantage de la princesse !

  7. Oh sorry but it is a no for me, I think the dress would look better at knee length.

  8. A no for me, just too closed up. I do like the sleeveless version. The fit is okay because she is thin but I don’t find it very becoming. Not sure how to explain my first impression.

  9. I try but I cannot love this very angular, "hard" dress. I think of her beautiful green evening gown last week - softness everywhere. And soft contours/lines do not have to be the privilege of an evening gown, do they? The angularness begins at the pointed collars on a very high very closed neckline. Maybe a leather belt could have interrupted the pattern as well as the whole columnal impression, and, of course, the fashionable length does not do any good for her and especially for this very closed-up, cold, tight dress with a "hard" pattern. I don't like it at all - and again: not because of her being thin, I probably would not like this one on anyone else.

  10. I love this dress! Houndstooth is a favorite of mine and the style is classic and chic. It feels more mature than most florals. She looks wonderful!
