King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain are in the United States with their daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía, to support Spain's men's national football team at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. On 19 July 2026, the Royal Family attended the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final between Spain and Argentina at New York New Jersey Stadium in East Rutherford.
Moments before taking their seats in the VIP box, the King and Queen and their daughters shared their thoughts in an informal conversation with journalists covering the event in the Big Apple. Watching from the stands with their hearts in their mouths, the King and Queen, accompanied by Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía, attended a match of Spain's men's national football team together for the first time.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the Spanish football team! I will stick to the fashion of the royal ladies. Although the design of Leonor's shirt accentuates her waist, I still don't like it. If it were a blouse (without buttons in the middle), it would work for me. I like that The Queen wore pumps and not those square toe shoes as in the last picture.

Good football has won!!! The spanish football players were top in the whole tournament and the King and his family were there to celebrate. Well done. The daughters might have witn a spanish football shirt? Anyway they all look good for a sports game
