Following a busy schedule last week due to the Monaco Grand Prix, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene visited Venice for a short holiday. At the end of their stay, they arrived at Santa Lucia train station to board a train, where they took some time to interact with journalists, posed for a few photos, and signed autographs. Princess Charlene wore a pastel pink pleated floral maxi dress by Erdem.
Looking ahead, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene have another busy weekend. French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron will make an official visit to Monaco on Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8, 2025. On the evening of June 7, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene will host a State Dinner in the Throne Room of the Prince’s Palace in honor of the French presidential couple.
Très joli l'imprimé de cette robe sur fond rose pâle ; ses cheveux qui ont bien poussé lui permettent d'avoir un délicat chignon bas !
ReplyDeletei like her new wadrope/ stylist. her look is colourful and feminine
ReplyDeleteÀ Botticelli dress!
ReplyDeleteErdem's romantic floral overflow down to the floor - I can't help being reminded of the painting "Ophelia" from John Everett Millais. I could say Yes to it (on Charlene) in a length just under the knees but not an inch longer.
ReplyDeleteWow, such a soft, pretty spring look for Charlene. The dress is exquisite and I love her understated hair and makeup, too. She is so composed and beautiful here, embodying the “serene” in “her serene highness”. — Jane
ReplyDeleteYes indeed however don't understand this long dress while travelling by train
DeleteWho says she wore this dress in the train ? They probably travelled in a train coupé exclusively reserved for the prince and the princess. Not unusual to change clothes in the train before stepping down.
Delete18:36 if you read the text “ …they arrived at Santa Lucia train station to board a train…”…. So ya.
DeleteI can't see how long Charlene wore this pretty dress, hope it's not floor length like on the model. Love her in this color.
ReplyDeleteMrs Cleaver
Exactly. Maybe Helen brings a full length photo and let's hope it is a shortened version.
DeleteI agree too. I like the dress, and Charlene looks lovely in it, but upon seeing the full length model photo, I was disappointed. Too much of a good thing. This dress needs to be knee-length. The ribbon bow could also use some down-sizing.
DeleteAgree with you all. A beautiful dress but would be improved if shorter
DeleteCharlene est magnifique
ReplyDeleteTout à fait. Très belle robe, féminine, élégante.
DeleteCette robe est féminine et sied à la princesse. La pochette s’harmonise bien avec l’ensemble.
ReplyDelete-Astrid.
Stunningly beautiful!

Couldn't agree more. Beautiful.
DeletePretty in pink, very nice dress for the occasion.
ReplyDeleteWow! Is this Charlene going full Princess Grace? First the very notable hairstyle change (which I think suits her very well), then the softening of outfits, and now this ultra feminine light apricot-pink, floral, flowery, flowing dress. Could not be more “girly” (classically feminine). Hmm.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely lovely!!! What a gorgeous dress and so perfect for Charlene. I love that she's choosing feminine and flowy things more and more because they work so well for her.

A State Dinner! I don’t think we’ve ever seen a State Dinner being held in Monaco. I hope it’s a tiara affair. It would be lovely to see Princess Charlene in a tiara. I don’t think we’ve seen her at a tiara event!
ReplyDeleteLowri.
That was my immediate thought when I saw the model version of this very pretty, breezy dress: I hope Charlene wore a shorter version of it.

From what I can see of the pink pleated dress, it looks better on Princess Charlene than on the model. She has the right shoulders to wear a dress like this. Maybe we will see a picture in full length later on.
ReplyDeleteUnusual for a reigning royal to put his or her signature on demand of someone of the public. Not every king or queen can do this.
ReplyDeletePss Charlene looks stunning. What a beautiful dress.

Looks like something the Swedish Crown Princess would love to wear... A typical granny dress!
ReplyDeleteLa robe est sublime et bien portée par Charlene.
ReplyDeleteWonderful comments about Princess Charlene's floral pink. She rarely has a misstep in fashion. Even not a floral lover, I really like this; I agree it needs to be shorter than that of the model. It's similar to Princess Marie's of this week. But of the two royals, Princess Marie wears hers better. This is not a criticism for the lovely Princess Charlene - just an observation about two very well dressed royals.
ReplyDeleteI do not think that Princess Marie's dress can be compared with Princess Charlene's dress. Two different fabrics. Different shape. The fabric of Princess Charlene's dress was pleated and we still don't know if Princess Charlene is wearing the long version of her dress or not.
DeleteThis dress looks wonderful, I love the pleating of the skirt. The patterning is perfect, just enough.
