On September 28, Princess Caroline of Hanover attended the 2023 graduation ceremony of The Institute of Training in Nursing (IFSI) at the Lou Clapas Amphitheatre of the CHPG in Monaco. The Princess handed out the diplomas to nurses who have completed their training and graduated from the IFSI and IFAS. 29 nursing students and 13 nursing assistant students received their diplomas from the patron of the Institute, Princess Caroline.
Has she gone blonde? I preferred brunette Caroline. Her outfits are always pure class
ReplyDeleteI think it may be the lighting rather than her coloring blonde.
DeleteKim
A reasonably smart and appropriate outfit from Caroline.
ReplyDeleteWasn't her hair grey the last time we saw pictures of her?
I am a bit surprised to see nurses in white in this day and age.
Does anyone know why one group has red shoes and the other blue?
This is an international blog, they may have letgo of their uniform in the US but for most countries in the world they still wear white and not tennis shoes.

Would be genuinely interested to know why nurses would not be wearing white.
DeleteAnnie M - Nurses in the US haven’t worn white for decades. They typically wear colored scrubs in blue, green, pink, etc. I’m in my late 40s and have no memories of a nurse in white, except my mom’s old starched nursing uniforms from the 1960s!
DeleteLove this jacket. You can never go wrong with a classic Chanel.
ReplyDeleteElegant and classic outfit i guess it’s Chanel.
ReplyDeleteWell, well, she must have received so much critics on her grey hair that she decided to make it blond. Healthy or not one cannot say she doesn't look younger. I love her outfit too, very classic chic the typical style of Princess Caroline. Rose
ReplyDeleteDo you think she needed criticism to decide to go blonde ? I think she is sufficiently mature to decide WHAT SHE WANTS. I wish her to get satisfaction from her choice. Her outfit is nice.
Delete@MaryT. Isn't it the same for all the royal ladies appearing on this blog. Not only their hair receives criticism also their clothes. They are all sufficiently mature to decide WHAT THEY WANT. Nevertheless we are all sending criticism to this blog. I am sure a lot of adult royals don't bother to read it, but there could be a group who do read it. We can say what we like and what we don't like, but attacking someone and using a vocabulary that can hurt people that is not nice. That's why we must be careful with writing about the young princes and princesses, which most of us are doing now. I also wish that all the royal ladies are getting satisfaction from their choices. Rose
DeleteBest I've seen her looking in a while.

ReplyDeleteI prefer her hair brown like she used to have !!
ReplyDeletePerhaps the the inevitable gray roots blend in better with the blonde hair? Ask me how I know! 😉
DeleteDelighted to see that the elegant Princess Caroline has moved on from the awful grey hair which was so ageing. Like Missy and Anon 16 23, I too liked her dark brown hair but dyed brown hair can be unflattering. This blonde colouring is flattering. Like the jacket but the trousers seem shapeless. it's still the best she's looked for a while.
ReplyDeleteWhat great look for Caroline today. I like the color combo a lot. Elegant Lady. css
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, elegant woman in a tasteful, appropriate outfit. I generally prefer the look of naturally greying hair, but everyone should follow their own taste. Pss Caroline's hair looks shiny , healthy and well-groomed.
ReplyDeleteThe pants and jacket look lovely, her ensemble I love, she looks very elegant.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and classy outfit on a beautiful and classy lady!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know why some graduates are in blue shoes and others in red shoes? There are more graduates in the red shoe group so maybe they are undergraduates versus graduate for those in blue shoes?
Lovely and elegant as always! Going to wait to decide on her hair--Caroline has never been blonde so it will be interesting if she has chosen to color her gray or if we are seeing something with lighting and photo flashes. If she has gone blonde I wonder if she and Charlene had a hair coloring party (just a joke folks).

It would be interested to hear from retired U.S. nurses, who were in the hospital environment both “before” and “after”, about the switch to scrubs from l traditional white uniforms. I have been told that nurses in the U.S. suddenly began appearing in scrubs so that it would be difficult to tell who was a nurse, and who was a member of, for example, the housekeeping staff — because nurses were being given more duties and could not devote as much time to individual patients as before, and if they could not be easily identified, patients and their families would be less likely to try to speak to them about particular concerns. If that is true — and it wouldn’t surprise me — it just one more way in which the field of medicine in general, and patient care in particular, have deteriorated in the U.S. compared to many other countries.
ReplyDeleteI can't t believe my eyes...Pss Caroline gone blonde!
ReplyDeleteI withhold my judgement until I can see a close up of her face.
Anyway, she looks very elegant and nice overall.
She has not gone blond. I saw other photos, it is just the light. She is gray as she was before, her hair is a bit longer. Looking great.

Blond or grey ? She is definitely blond and her hair looks very dry. If you simply click on the pictures to make them bigger, you will see it has nothing to do with the light. She is blond.
