  2. Joli modèle de son couturier fétiche ; malgré son asymétrie singulière, je trouve qu'il convient bien pour assister à cette cérémonie !

Stop with this constant criticism of Meghan. She IS a Duchess. Leave her alone. She has the right to live her own way.

She is a Duchess but she ISN'T Duchess Meghan. She is the Duchess of Sussex.

  4. Good from them to have organized this. I like Charlene's dress, although a bit too sophisticated for this occasion.

    1. I'm curious why you think her dress is too sophisticated for this event. It looks pretty similar to what the British Ambassador and the other ladies standing behind her are wearing. It's slightly longer in length, though. Is that what you mean? I'm just curious.

    2. Don't quite agree Shinystuffbuff. It was a simple remberance service and I think that both the Princess and the Ambassadress are appropriately dressed. But difficult to know exactly what to wear for such an occasion.

That was a lovely thing to do. Albert and Charlene look quietly content together and it’s nice to see. The dress is appropriate in colors and has a chic edge.

    1. I think this is a very touching gesture by Prince Albert, Princess Charlene and the Principality of Monaco.
Monaco is a Roman Catholic Principality with a single archdiocese (The Roman Catholic Archdioceses of Monaco). The service was held in the Anglican church of Monaco.
As it was a simple remembrance service to Queen Elizabeth II, I think that both Princess Charlene and the British Ambassadress to France and Monaco are appropriately dressed.
Princess Charlene is a child of the Commonwealth (Rhodesia), not catholic but converted to the catholic faith before her marriage.
Princess Mary of Denmark is also a child of the Commonwealth (Tasmania, Australia) but converted from her Presbyterian faith to the Evangelical Lutheran faith before her marriage.

The Princess's makeup is appropriately subdued. But that dress is far too flashy for the occasion. At least she showed up.

  14. As I said earlier, it is difficult to choose an outfit for such a service.
Difficult to know how far you should dress up and how far you should dress down.
But in the end I think both Princess Charlene and the Ambassadress are appropriately dressed.
