Today is February 18 and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie celebrates her 36th birthday. Stéphanie (Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy) was born on February 18, 1984 in Ronse in Belgium. She got engaged to Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume on April 26, 2012 and got married to him on October 19, 2012 in a civil ceremony. The religious wedding ceremony was held the next day. (Hereditary Grand Duchess is pregnant with her first child and it is expected that the birth will take place in May.) |
Intelligent, beautiful, with such a lovely smile, and voice, god bless her on the coming year of life, and bless the lift growing within her.... The third photo has such lovely material of the dress she is wearing.... JT
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday HGD Stephanie and I look forward to the birth of your first child!
ReplyDeleteA classic beauty, even more beautifull by her modesty.
ReplyDeleteAdorables photos particulièrement la première ; il semble qu'elle est récente.. Très féminine avec un maquillage très doux.. C'est avec impatience que nous attendons l'heureuse nouvelle !
ReplyDeleteD'accord!
DeleteVery nice picture
ReplyDeleteAll of the photos are pretty. In the first photo, HGD Stephanie is stunningly beautiful. Her creamy complexion against the blue sweater is flawless, and her lip color is perfect. The wisp of hair along her cheek frames her face beautifully. Her jewelry choices are modest but very effective. She and the HGD Guilluame look overjoyed.

ReplyDeleteI feel as if I'm being beaten into submission one strand of hair at a time. I guess I have to accept the loose strand of hair drifting down is the newest trend. Stephanie looks lovely in all the pictures. But I could have done without the first one where she is joining the bandwagon, forgetting to tuck that flyaway strand of hair someplace. Why do I hate this? Because my eye immediately goes to that strand of hair rather than looking at her face. I always thought the number one rule of fashion was to draw the eye to your best features and minimize the rest. Okay. Okay. I promise my fellow posters this is the last time I'm going to bring this up. And if I forget, don't hesitate to remind me. I won't be offended.
lol!!! I feel this way about the see-through dresses. Sigh.
DeleteHappy 36th Birthday to a very lovely Pss. Soon to be mother of a little prince or pss.
ReplyDeleteI can not help myself. I like the first pic the best.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. Particularly like the second one with the turquoise blouse/dress. GD Stephanie looks great in these photos.
ReplyDeleteJoann, il ne faut pas couper les cheveux en 4

DeleteAnnie Jean - I'm sorry I don't speak French. Can you tell me what it means in English? (I tried google translate, but I just got more confused.)
Dear Joann, It simply means to split hairs.
DeleteJoann -
DeleteAnnie Jean. Yes, I suppose that's what I'm doing. But it's the
small things that often grab one's attention. But I will try to keep from commenting on the hair. Thanks for the translation.
The first photo is stunning, it really highlights her natural beauty. Gorgeous photos.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday and congratulations on your wedding and your first child. She is a GORGEOUS girl and she looks so very young, especially for being in her 30's.
ReplyDeleteRavissante Stéphanie qui irradie de bonheur en attendant le divin enfant tant espéré ; elle fera une Grande Duchesse parfaite
