  1. The ever elegant Princess Caroline. I liked the dress in the first photo but in the alter ones it looks very baggy and not as smart as I first thought--may just be the lighting/angle. She's looking lovely anyway.

    Lovely silk dress on Caroline.

  3. The dress is a bit loose and the huge piece of jewellery she is wearing is dragging on the material around the decolletage.

However, I like the colour for a summer evening and I like that she has had her hair tidied up and trimmed.

  4. Oh gosh -- not a successful look, imo. The skirt's waistband is thick and unflattering, and even looks a bit loose -- dragging the whole outfit down. It's a shame, because Caroline looks lovely here in all other respects. A simple, draped Grecian-style gown in this beautifully flowy fabric would be sensational on her.

Her hair a little shorter, finally!

Pss Caroline's outfit today is not bad, but it don't look good around the waist.

  8. The new, shorter hair: very, very fresh & beautiful! The dress may not be the wisest choice: cleavage, short sleeves, the waist... Although certainly comfy on a wonderful summer-evening, and maybe it is light silk?-
Sometimes I think for myself, that she is the real First-Lady of Monaco. (I know, I know, and yes: I really do like Charlene!)

    1. Rainha, I agree about her as Monacos "real First Lady". I would not be surprised if the people in Monaco see it that way, especially because Charlene made so little effort in learning french.

    2. Cheers, Coralie! As I am not native French I do not know how much she made progress in her new language during the years, but Caroline has just those Grimaldi-Kelly-Genes, making her always very sovereign when representing the ouse of Grimaldi...

Zucchina is right: Charlene and Albert can be seen on another wedding picture, standing directly behind bride & groom. Maybe they just did not attend the wedding all day long...
(Maybe the Editor can show the photos later?)

  9. This dress is just not pretty, that waistband is not even acceptable on a housecoat, the shapeless upper part is so unflattering that not even Caroline can make it work. I think that often she is very edgy and it doesn't always work. The color on the other hand is superb, and the gold bracelets combined with the silvery fabric is breakaway from the traditional rule of not mixing metals, that I rather like. The hair looks fantastic .

  10. There are now some new wedding pictures, also with Charlene. Just saying. Caroline's dress looks not good but she is beautiful.
