The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to return to live in the United Kingdom, six years after leaving for the United States. When the Duke and Duchess stepped down as working members of the Royal Family in 2020, the late Queen Elizabeth II ruled that they could retain their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles but would no longer use their “Royal Highness” (HRH) styling. The couple have continued to use their Duke and Duchess titles while living in California, but they will not be able to resume using their HRH styling when they return to the UK at the end of the month.
