Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko are making an official visit to Paraguay to mark the 90th anniversary of Japanese migration to the country. On August 20, 2026, Paraguayan President Santiago Peña and First Lady Leticia Ocampos welcomed Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko at the Government Palace in Asunción.
