On Thursday, 25 June 2026, Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway visited Hudøy summer camp in Færder Municipality, where 450 children are spending their summer on the island. Hudøy summer camp has served as the City of Oslo’s holiday destination for children since 1916 and is now operated by the Church City Mission on behalf of the municipality.

ReplyDeleteI checked the designer; it’s a fairly low priced Spanish high street clothing brand (everything currently 50% off !). So it’s very pretty and nice and cool in summer but not a fancy top. Therefore I say excellent value and a valid choice with her best pants and sneakers.

DeleteNon-outfit-specific comments approving the overall impression given by a royal are to be found under virtually every single post. If such comments are not why you visit this blog, why not just scroll past them? there are always plenty of detailed comments to peruse, especially if you log back in later. Hopefully you will then find some that are sufficiently "exciting".

I am not sure these people would be happy if it happened to them. Why not talk about what you see: her outfit? Less and less is about fashion on this blog, more and more is gossip about the wearer.

DeleteIt's me again, 13:02, answering your criticism. No problem with "cool princess" in itself, if someone feels like that about her. But I (and I am sure it is not only me) come here to talk about outfits - and find fashion-free comments about the person herself. But well, sorry if my expectations from a fashion blog are too high. Re gossip: yes, talking publicly about personal traits of a person without knowing the person and without their consent is speculative gossiping.

She is not even crown princess. Her father is crown prince. After the holidays she will go back to Sydney to achieve the studies she started at the university there. In the mean time she falls in for her mother who is in the hospital.

This top or blouse is so very pretty ("casual yet elevated", like one of your wrote, yes, exactly), that I went to have a look at the brand and what they offer is quite nice (and on the affordable side too).
ReplyDeleteIngrid Alexandra is wearing her moms top from 2017, and her outfit is perfect for this summer event. Have no idea what the first comment find to dressy. And yes, Ingrid is known to be down to earth, engaging, approachable, funny and cool. Something everybody following the royals know. People meeting the royals talk and we as viewers see how they interact, talk and share about themselves and with others. So please stop this nonsense.
ReplyDeleteAnd she is not going back to Australia this autumn. She stays in Oslo and will study at the university in Oslo in a exchange program until Christmas- due to her mother’s health.
