Queen Máxima of the Netherlands visited Washington, D.C., to attend the 2026 Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group in her capacity as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Financial Health. In addition to the plenary meetings, Queen Máxima held a series of bilateral meetings on financial health. On April 18, 2026, the Queen also met with IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva.
Natan Asymmetric Draped Blouse and Trousers
I see that Maxima quite like soft tops with matching trousers for when she attends financial meetings especially when she speaks or sits on panels. I think they are a lovely alternative to suits, and certainly softer and more comfortable to wear while sitting and thinking and discussing. Apart from this being a great orange colour for a Dutch queen, it suits her exuberant personality so well. I would never think to wear such a bright colour, but Max does this so well.

DeleteYes she has other orange clothes, but she also has a lot of red clothes which has been discribed as orange, because the type of light which was shining on these clothes made them look orange but in fact they were red.
This top is gorgeous, I love it, very interesting design but attractive. The pants fit well. Not too baggy or too long. The color suits her well.

Ze zit in de oranje/groen periode, de halslijn in combinatie met de manchetten vind ik niet mooi, het een of het ander, erg rommelig zo. Schattig met de mevrouw hand in hand, neem aan dat deze dame slechtziend of blind is.
