  1. A pleasant, comfortable looking casual outfit on Kate. The glen plaid blazer is a classic item that is timeless.

I would be happy with every day ponytail day for Catherine ... Best hairstyle ever for her.

I agree! She’s blessed with thick hair so she looks great with a ponytail.

She always looks good with less hair around her beautiful face ... the less the better for her facial contours (that are really wonderful).

My housband had a suit once in the same Prince of Wales check fabric. He loved this suit it was a good quality of wool. After he passed away my son continued to wear the suit of his father during years.
The sky blue shirt looks good on a man. When a woman wears a blazer like this I'd chosen a more contrasting color like dark burgundy or another color which matches the trousers and boots.

Catherine would do well to have her hair up and off her shoulders when handling food. I notice as state dinners she now wears her hair down. That can be troublesome if it falls forward into the food, or even into the person next to you food.
She seems more comfortable wearing jeans and blazers.
    Lowri.

A white top would have looked much better. She looks really tall.
