On March 11, 2026, Queen Letizia had three engagements at Zarzuela Palace. The Queen first received a delegation from the Spanish Society for Palliative Care (SECPAL), an organization whose objective is to improve care and the quality of life of people with advanced or terminal illnesses, as well as that of their families.
The Queen then received the coordinators of the “Cassandra Project,” a pioneering initiative for lung cancer screening. She also received a delegation from the European Leukodystrophies Association (ELA) in Spain on the occasion of its 25th anniversary. Originally founded in France, ELA has affiliated programs throughout Europe.

She wearing always the same clothes.
ReplyDeleteAh dear 14:48… isn’t that what you yourself do? Isn’t it what we all tend to do? And it’s normal and ok!
DeleteNice business casual attire, though the blouse is not doing it for me. It fits her nicely and the colour is fine, maybe if the bow was more to the side rather than in front. Regardless it is an okay outfit.
ReplyDeleteNo to the blouse, and particularly the bow. I get the impression she is a bit below her usual standards in these days. I don't like the trousers either; if they are not flattering on her, imagine, how it would be on some others.
DeleteVery businesslike look, especially the trousers. l would prefer wearing it with a belt (yesterday I read that now that the waist is back, especially but not only for pants, belts are also coming back). - These bows turn me down - because they themselves are in most cases hanging downwards, a very pathetic appearance. Putting it to the side can help a bit, maybe downsizing too. To sum up, I could live without bows on blouses.
ReplyDeleteWell, not one of her best. The pants don’t fit well and have belt loops, and since the blouse is fully tucked in, a belt is needed. The blouse and shoes are okay.
ReplyDeleteI really dislike the bow of the blouse. The pants are loose, baggy and shapeless.
ReplyDeleteNot one of Letizia's best outfits.
They are loose (that was the word I was looking for), but this is fashion now and I at least like this style, also because of the recurring waistline. Maybe this is just a question of time to get accustomed to this new generous (and comfy!) shape.
DeleteBland outfit , not flattering at all. Awful shoes.
ReplyDeletePerhaps Letizia likes comfy shoes, so more power to her. ~~Ruthie
DeleteFunny our different preferences 16:35, I was just looking up the brand of shoes because I love them! I don’t find this outfit bland but businessy and down to earth. I’d happily wear it! - except id choose a blouse with no neck tie.
DeleteThe blouse is so beautiful, especially with the lovely bow. Everything else is perfect.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful woman. What a wonderful blouse with the bow.
ReplyDeleteGreat pair of trousers, beautiful blouse!
ReplyDeleteA bit of bright colour would be nice !!
ReplyDeleteShe is just not dressing like she once used to and her hair used to look so glossy and cared for.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovley Pussy-bow Blouse ,
ReplyDeleteThe pants are in vogue currently on the baggy side, the length is good, a tad too baggy for me, regardless she wears them well. The blouse she wears with style. I feel this outfit was befitting for this visit.
ReplyDeleteShe attended another weak after this event, she has been from funeral to funeral lately
ReplyDeleteOh my… no for me. Boring colours, boring pants, old fashion blouse….
