On March 26, 2026, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène inaugurated the new parent-child unit at the Princess Grace Hospital Centre (CHPG) in Monaco. This innovative unit includes four rooms designed as true cocoons, closely resembling a family environment. Parents can remain present 24 hours a day to support their baby throughout hospitalization. For the occasion, Princess Charlène wore a floral print dress by Erdem.

lovely dress, not her usual working style, usually it would have been a suit. her stylist is doing wonders!

  3. This dress is so gorgeous. The floral print is exquisite and the style of the dress is lovely too. It's like a splash of Spring. I would just like to see it a bit shorter on Charlene as the length is a bit matronly.. I am going to have to pay more attention to this lady's style. Lately she has been looking great.

I am usually not a fan of Erdem dresses. These dresses are worn frequently by the British royals who are wearing their dresses longer than in the rest of Europe. Princess Charlene is looking good in this flower dress. I love her light blue shoes and she is wearing the Lady Dior bag in light blue leather. Prince Albert's belly is near to an explosion. It must be very uncomfortable to walk around like this and having not one jacket that fits. From certain royal ladies they say they need a stylist but Prince Albert he desperately needs a personal trainer and a dietist.

I love this dress, particularly the combination of light and dark colours, as well as the style and cut of it. Charlene wears it beautifully.

The last 2-3yrs there’s been a complete change in image from Monaco’s RF. Gone are the celebrity style dressing, more of the refined regal dressing. This dress is an example. It’s a perfect Spring dress. The color and style works really well on Princess Charlene. I hope she continues on this path. Without sounding corny she really has put the serene into HSH.

Erdem is like Natan, there are exceptions when the design is outstanding. This is not one of those cases. Especially because Charlene is, for me, not the prototype for Erdem's flowers. Here, too, this dress is just a very basic dress, like the first work of a future tailor, but there are flowers ... so what. I don't like it, even less on Charlene.

  13. I am not a fan normally of Erdem but this is the exception, the dress looks gorgeous. Pretty, feminine and stylish. The fit is perfect, love the length and style of this dress. Love the color of her shoes, gorgeous shade. It looks to be an emblem on one side of her sweet bag, but enlarging photo, still cannot make out what that is, regardless the accessories look wonderful. Her up style hair suits her beautifully, soft and natural. Her makeup is on point, again quite natural. Prince Albert does need a one size up with his jacket, I'm sure it would be more comfortable for him.

The emblem you see on one side of her bag is from Dior. She is wearing the lady Dior in light blue leather. Queen Mathilde has the same handbag in wine red (burgundy) leather.

Floral prints are traditionally associated with long flowing tresses and expressly feminine, girlish styles. Charlene, with her minimal updo hairstyles and statuesque, model-like build, does not fit that stereotype... but it does not mean that she should limit herself to Grecian goddess drapery, or the dramatic or geometric statement dresses which we associate with her style, and which she wears like nobody else.
I think the large bold floral pattern on this dress, well spaced, is the best solution for Charlene when considering florals --- the placing of the floral emblems accents her elegant proportions. Shorter people tend to look overwhelmed by big, spaced, random patterns, but on Charlene this design looks pretty balanced and nicely scaled.
I do wish there was not a seam right across the waistline, chopping into the pattern--- to me this looks as if the designer was trying to save on the cost of fabric. I am sure a couture house would not have put a seam there, unless a belt were part of the design. Lyra

I like the print. The dress is okay. I thought this dress was from another brand the British royals wear. A bit matronly.

How beautiful Charlene looks in this soft, feminine Erdem dress. The pale blue and floral pattern are perfect on her. She looks very elegant in this ensemble.
