On March 19, 2026, Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Caroline of Hanover attended the opening of the colloquium “Images of a Renaissance Sovereignty” at the Oceanographic Museum, dedicated to the restoration of the frescoes at the Prince’s Palace. The work, initiated following the discovery of traces of pigments on a wall in the Palace, led to the uncovering of approximately 600 square metres of late Renaissance frescoes.

  1. The lovely robin's egg blue of Caroline's coat reminds me of we are now in Spring.
The classic design and fit suit her well.

La couleur de son manteau est magnifique, mais bien trop grand pour elle

Perfect. Lovely colour fit, hair. I especially like her eyeglasses very complimentary to her face.

I hope the palace share images of the frescoes. What a feat to have come across something so historic and beautiful.
    Lowri.
