On February 5, 2026, Queen Silvia of Sweden visited the Malteser Krankenhaus St. Franziskus Hospital in Flensburg, Schleswig-Holstein. During her visit, the Queen toured Station Silvia, a specialised ward for patients who, in addition to an acute illness, also suffer from dementia. Flensburg is a town located at the tip of the Flensburg Fjord in northern Germany.
Queen Silvia also visited the Childhood House run by Pro Familia, which opened in 2022. The facility serves as a point of contact for children and adolescents who have experienced physical or sexual violence.
Queen Silvia is so stylish she looks wonderful. Love her jacket, of good quality and looks smart with her black pants. Looks to be beige silk blouse and colorful blended silk scarf. A well put together outfit. Lovely visit, how uplifting for the patients and staff. Its always welcoming imo for a royal member to visit the sick in hospital.

ReplyDeleteQueen Silvia‘s scarf arrangement is the classic Hermes look. However, I don‘t find the pearls on top contemporary any more, queen or no queen.

I was not aware it was a Hermes look, so thank you for that information. I like the pearls as it hold the scarf end down without tying it tight which is what is appealing to that look. The pearls dispersed on a gold chain is perfect, I do not think I would have liked a solid pearl necklace.
