Indeed she is elegant and stylish. I do like this understated outfit too. Not remotely boring, so so so far from boring!

Das ist keine Birkin, sondern Demellier, ich glaube, jetzt auch offiziell erhältlich.

It is not a Birkin. It is a "Small Hudson bag" from DeMellier London. She's carried it before.

Birkin is a design by the brand Hermès , normally it is also labelled " frame" (same applies to the " Kelly" design) .
Basically, P.Catherine's bag features some common details (frame design and front elements), but It is quite different as to the overall look and size.

  4. It's an OK outfit. Nothing special and nothing to complain about.

Of course she dresses beautifully and stylish, but her hair this way is for me a no: all young women of to day seem to have the same hairstyle.

I agree, shoulder length would frame her face nicely

I love her long hair and think it’s something she really enjoys about her own body. She keeps it in top condition and it’s always exceptionally neat.

Too much burgundy; and the suit isn't very flattering. The eye makeup looks very severe. I like the earrings. William looks good.(Tara)

Burgundy not your colour? I find the suit beautifully chosen for her, very flattering. I think the one colour looks great on her but can also imagine how nice the suit would look with a white tshirt or black blouse.

  8. Its great to see a re wear of this beautiful vibrant colored pantsuit, love the rich colors. The pants fit perfectly, great length. The jacket equally well fitted. The blouse I love, the neckline adding interest. Love the color of her accessories. This was a wonderful visit, I'm glad the Princess was able to attend with Prince William.

Its a Demeulier, maybe wrong in spelling it, bag that she is holding not a birkin.

Beautiful color, but we’ve seen this same look dozens of times so it’s a bit of a yawn.

  11. J'ai toujours adoré la couleur Bordeaux que je vois aussi bien dans ce tailleur-pantalon que pour son sac qu'à mon goût, j'aimerais bien un peu plus grand !

I feel that this "surprise" visit just on the day before Catherine's birthday is not only a touching way to highlight and thank the NHS staffs in all hospitals across the UK but mainly an accurately planned personal tribute from the Princess.
She looks like she is saying:
" Thank you all for taking care of me too so that I am still alive and strong enough to celebrate my 44th birthday tomorrow".
I know...We know (what powerful message of support in such coincise statements!).
I think that also her monochromatic burgundy outfit is no random choice.
(Deep) red is the colour of blood, life, energy and braveness.
    Well done, P.Catherine!
