On January 8, 2026, Queen Letizia of Spain attended the 23rd edition of the El Mundo International Journalism Awards at the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando in Madrid. The awards highlight the defence of freedom of expression and ethical commitment as their guiding principles.
This year, the awards were bestowed upon two journalists who, from different parts of the world, embody the fundamental values of the profession: courage and rigour. The Queen presented the Award for Outstanding Journalistic Work 2025 to Emma Tucker, Editor-in-Chief of The Wall Street Journal, and the Press Freedom Award 2025 to Laurent Richard, President of the journalistic consortium Forbidden Stories.
Sandro Paris striped suit

I like her blouse interesting collar. I am not a fan of double breasted suits. This fits nicely but for me to masculine and dark
ReplyDeleteEveryone is in conservative navy or black business dress, so I think she has chosen to fit in rather than stand out. I think she wears black very well and can wear a man’s suit if need be and she’ll still look entirely feminine!
DeleteThis pantsuit looks a lot better than one she wore recently that was hugely baggy. This one fits better, especially the pants. I quite like the shirt.
ReplyDeleteJe n’aime pas le fit du col de son chemisier.
ReplyDeleteThe Queen looks like a reporter and the lady receiving the award is dressed like a Queen. MR
