The visit took place in connection with the 7th Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA) in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya.
The Queen participated in UNEA in her capacity as Patron of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Jesper Hovring purple amethyst wrap silk blouse

Very wonderful and appropriate for this occasion! Mary is every inch a queen!
ReplyDeleteAgree! She is flawless!
DeleteMary looks lovely. Understated, non-flashy elegance, perfect for a mixed casual/semi-formal outdoor evening event in the warm African night. Love the Hoevring top and the colour of it.

Queen Mary looks beautiful and I love her outfit! The gorgeous green skirt has purple in the design and choosing the Jesper Hovring blouse was a smart way to bring a contrast. I also think this simple half up/half down hairstyle is super flattering on Mary and much prefer it to her current usual style of a middle part. Mary is wearing a very interesting necklace--would love to know more about it.
