King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima are undertaking a state visit to the Republic of Suriname at the invitation of President Jennifer Geerlings-Simons. On November 30, 2025, the Dutch King and Queen arrived at Johan Adolf Pengel International Airport near Paramaribo. President Simons and her husband will receive the King and Queen during an official welcome ceremony at the Presidential Palace.

ReplyDeleteShe’s very elegant in this. Because it’s Natan I can’t quite work out the design choices, but none of that’s stopping Maxima looking spectacular. This is the benefit of the official Royal visit (versus her recent solo UN visit to Jakarta); she gets a private plane, space to sleep, space to get ready in a new outfit.
