On November 3, 2025, Dutch Queen Máxima visited The Offline Club in Amsterdam. The Offline Club is a social enterprise that focuses on fostering genuine, personal connections at a time when screens and digital distractions play an increasingly dominant role in daily life. For the occasion, Queen Máxima wore a khaki nappa leather midi dress by Massimo Dutti.
The organization was founded three years ago in Amsterdam and has since grown into an international community with activities in cities including London, Berlin, Milan, Paris, and Barcelona. During so-called “Hangouts” and “Offline Reading Parties,” participants consciously disconnect from their devices to experience calm, and human connection.
During her visit, Queen Máxima spoke with the founders and regular participants about the importance of offline social interaction and how The Offline Club encourages people to engage with digital technology more mindfully. She also attended part of a Hangout, where visitors met and took part in creative activities together.

That dress is just not good.
