Princess Ingrid Alexandra began her undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney in August 2025. She is pursuing a three-year full-time degree in International Relations and Political Economy and resides in a student dormitory on campus. In her interview with VG, the Princess talked about how she feels after spending three months in Sydney and what it’s like to study away from her family.
The Princess also said that she would return to Norway for Christmas and the ski season. Princess Ingrid Alexandra continues a long royal family tradition of studying abroad. Her great-grandfather, King Olav, and her grandfather, King Harald, both studied at the University of Oxford in England, while her father, Crown Prince Haakon, studied at the University of California, Berkeley. The full exclusive interview, accompanied by a series of photographs, can be read in VG.

She looks wonderful, so photogenic, a natural beauty. I love the photo of her sitting on the rock wall, with the Opera House in the background, very picture perfect, a glorious view.

Agree @Ava Pittman. I love that picture too.
DeleteShe is a lovely and kind looking young woman.
Very nice casual clothes. I find her hair pulled back so slick is not as becoming as loose, however ever she has a beautiful face. I wonder if pulling it back so taunt contributes to a receding hair line. Regardless she looks great in her clothes
ReplyDeleteJolie princesse en tenue décontractée ; j'ai hâte de la revoir au pays pour Noël et la saison de ski !
ReplyDeleteJust an absolutely gorgeous girl. Lovely outfits.

Mette-Marit herself spent 6 months as a high school student in Australia; it seems the family may be continuing its connection to Australia.
ReplyDeleteSydney Uni is my alma mater. Ingrid Alexandra has been spotted in the old high street next to the university, which is very popular with students and young people, and known for its thrift stores, vintage stores, bars and coffee shops. She is mostly not recognised in Australia, which would allow her more freedom, similar to that of a private citizen, when she goes out in public. I hope she is having a really wonderful time. Lyra
Les vêtements sont ceux d’une étudiante, ce qui est parfait. Cette princesse est tellement jolie, les vêtements deviennent juste un ajout.
