King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia are paying a State Visit to Canada. The final day of the visit took place in Montreal, in the province of Quebec. The King and Queen, together with Minister Ebba Busch and Minister Pål Jonson, attended a meeting on Swedish-Canadian cooperation in security, defence, and technology. The meeting was held at the aircraft manufacturer Bombardier Aerospace, where the guests were given a tour of the factory.
King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden later visited the Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute, Mila. The visit concluded with a panel discussion titled A Sweden-Canada Dialogue on AI Leadership and Innovation. The State Visit came to an end on Thursday evening when the King and Queen departed Canada.

ردحذفNormally I like the Queen's sneakers, but not with this outfit. Prefer a dark color loafer or ballet flat to compliment the suit. I think the King is just being witty and the lady next to the Queen is clearly enjoying it.

On the first picture the king is standing with his back turned towards the queen. I think it is not done. Even an king has to be polite in the company of his wife. It remembers me of King Charles before he became ill, Queen Camilla always had to run after him like a little dog who is not able to run as fast as his master. Lately when they are visiting places together, King Charles is conducting himself as a real gentleman in the company of his wife.
