The exhibition features approximately 60 works from Queen Margrethe’s private art collection. These pieces are normally displayed at the royal residences — Amalienborg, Fredensborg, Gråsten, and Marselisborg Palaces. At the invitation of Randers Art Museum, the Queen personally selected the artworks for the exhibition.

  1. La reine a su adopter un look combinant le bleu et le vert jusque dans le chapeau ; pour une fois, son nœud vert sapin satiné est tout à fait à mon goût !

  2. I have great respect for fragile Queen Margrethe, happy that she is visible and that she keeps her ambition to look not only immaculate but also tasteful. This is a very classic skirt suit, crying loud "I am made of a really excellent fabric and tolerate only the finest silk bow blouse to accompany me" :-) . - Did you notice how beautifully the lines on the pocket lapels are aligned with the lines under them? Same applies to the white lines building a cross on the big lapels - the lines on both sides are aligned symmetrically.
