Queen Camilla Visits Local Communities in Corsham and Bromham

Queen Camilla visited The Poppy Project and officially opened the new Bromham Community Hub

On October 28, 2025, Queen Camilla visited local community projects in Wiltshire - first The Poppy Project in Corsham. In Corsham, the Queen visited The Poppy Project, a display of knitted and crocheted poppies created to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. The Peacock WI launched the project at the beginning of the year, with the goal of creating 10,000 poppies for display in the town.

Later, Queen Camilla officially opened the new Bromham Community Hub and met local representatives and organisations who use the building. The new hub, featuring a café and flexible community spaces, aims to reinvigorate village life, reduce isolation, and support mental wellbeing.

  2. I’ve always loved this coat with the edging details and I’m so happy to see light colored boots, instead of the black ones she’s worn in years past. The Queen looks fabulous!

  3. I really like Q Camilla, she is her own self. But I think a beige dress underneath the coat would have been better, and also sone brown boots, to contrast

  6. I like this coat, the edging makes the coat look more interesting. The boots look good, love the color in this instance. Her brooch looks lovely.
