Princess Charlene, accompanied by her brother, Mr Gareth Wittstock, attended the presentation of the new Canine Brigade at the recently renovated premises of the Sûreté Publique. The event took place in the presence of Mr Lionel Beffre, Minister of the Interior, Mr Éric Arella, Director of Public Security, as well as several members of the Command Staff and other Monegasque dignitaries.

The project, launched and supported by Princess Charlene in 2024, was established under the City Police Department. During her visit, the Princess was briefed on the missions, equipment, and working conditions of the canine team before attending an outdoor demonstration showcasing the brigade’s operational skills. An official ceremony was then held in the Salon d’Honneur. The ceremony concluded with Princess Charlene presenting the police identification cards and insignia to the canine handlers.

    1. Clearly some surgery to get there but her face is beautiful. If I was a royal, I'd love doing stuff like this! Doggos!

    -Astrid.

  3. Maybe a pop of color added somewhere to this outfit would be nice. Still Princess Charlene looks pretty and professional.

  4. Nice enough suit. As.a work suit, you could use it in many different ways over 10ish years, because it’s a classic. But Charlene is highly unlikely to rewear it or wear it a lot (from what we’ve seen to date) - and then I wonder why she doesn’t wear something more interesting than a beige suit. Nothing wrong with it - I just wonder.

Paloma.

    3. Hi Coralie, I agree totally. Hi 17:25, no opthamologist required, we are observing photos and talking about what we see. Not sure if it’s the light, or the skin with recent cosmetic changes / makeup / set against a quite bland suit colour.

  8. It wasn’t until the last photo that I saw how this colour suit and top really do not make her look washed out as it appears in the first photos. Very nice business suit, good fit, pants not to tight or wide. I would like to see alittle bling only because I like to see jewelry on the royals.

  9. I like this suit. It fits. There are many men whose suit doesn't fit as good as Charlene's. The pale colors which were fashion already last winter, continued to find their way into the dressing of the queens and princesses during the past spring and summer. It looks like it will continue during winter, at least in the Southern part of Europe where the weather is still soft. Maybe it is time now to wear it with a contrasting color of shoes, handbag and top in burgundy like GD Stéphanie of Luxembourg.

  10. J'aime bien Charlène, c'est une belle femme mais ce costume beige n'est pas son meilleur choix, cette couleur ne la met pas assez en valeur. Paloma.

  11. Not a great look, imo; the suit jacket fits poorly in front and the pants balloon unattractively around the thighs (very clearly seen in the 4th photo). With her hair brushed back rather severely, it’s all a bit Victor/Victoria.
