On October 27, 2025, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène received Mr Charles Kushner, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Principality of Monaco, at the Prince’s Palace. Following the audience, Ambassador Kushner presented his credentials to the Sovereign Prince. Their Serene Highnesses, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, later attended a luncheon at the residence of the Minister of State.

DeleteI like Charlene’s suit. Then I looked up Wikipedia on that man pictured. Disbarred attorney, jailed for tax evasion, father in law of Ivanka, nepotism. How can there be effective trust or diplomacy with this history?

DeleteMillie unfortunately that is less rude and more accurate. This man was found guilty of tax evasion and witness tampering and was in jail. In any normal democracy, he would not qualify for work in diplomacy let alone at ambassador level.

DeleteThe Royal couple dressed very much the part of a business occasion, nothing fancy. Their diplomacy knowing full well the reputation this man has is reflected in the colour of the princess’s suit.

DeleteA very nice suit for Charlene. We rarely see her in rewears but this looks like a timeless suit she could get a lot of wear out of. Is it the lighting / camera angle, or has she lost a lot of weight?

DeleteI like this suit on her. The fabric does not look like a solid colour which reflects the light so it is not so plain. Fit her well and the buttons are placed well. I would of liked to see a necklace around the collar, but given the occasion it is perfect.
