Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa received Infanta Sofía at the Belém Palace in Lisbon. Infanta Sofía is currently studying and residing in Lisbon. In what was her first official meeting with a foreign Head of State, the Infanta was received by the President in the Sala das Bicas for a photograph, followed by the signing of the Guest Book.
After a tour of the Belém Palace, Infanta Sofía attended a meeting with the President, during which they discussed the shared history and close partnership that unite Portugal and Spain, as well as the deep bonds of empathy and friendship between the Portuguese and Spanish peoples, and the present and future challenges faced by younger generations.
The Infanta is currently studying Political Science and International Relations at Forward College in Lisbon and residing in Benfica.
Well done Sofía!
ReplyDeletelooking very diplomatic except for the hemline, the strings hanging out of the trousers!
ReplyDeleteInfanta Sofia looks lovely in this outfit. The style, color, everything!
ReplyDeleteJoli look chez Sofia qui a su combiner judicieusement le blazer croisé lie de vin avec le reste blanc !
ReplyDeleteNice fit and colour. Hair in her usual style for a young lady. I would be interested to see her hair styled differently, with the low hairline not sure what options there are. Nevertheless she looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteAgree about her hair, try an up-do or something else !!
DeleteUn pantalon blanc est en général élégant et simple à la fois.
ReplyDeleteJe la trouve très bien avec cette tenue et elle est particulièrement jolie sur la photo 5. Paloma.
She looks lovely. She is gradually coming into her own, and emerging from the shadow of her parents and sister by developing her own independence. She has the potential to be an asset to her sister for sure, if required.
