A lovely dress per se but there's too much volumne in
the skirt section for my liking.

I respectfully disagree she looks amazing. And different. Good not to have the same outfit in multiple colours all at high prices. LRB

That was my first thought as well - we don't often see the fit and petite Letizia in such a wide skirt. Narrower shaped outfits are usually her style and they look good on her. Still, the dress itself is beautiful.

Beautiful dress. Is it fashion among the queens and princesses to wear white lace dresses ? Princess Charlene wore a white guipure dress on the last pic nic of the season in Monaco and now Queen Letizia is wearing one too. The only things I do not like very much are the length and width of the skirt (Letizia). Or the uneven hemline (Charlene). The fabric is already busy enough so I think a smaller skirt will do too. Now it looks so heavy. In the meantime Princess Charlene played Golf in another white lace dress by Elie Saab made of "floral embroidered tulle". I prefer the one by Elie Saab because it looks less heavy. It is late in the Summer season to wear so many white lace dresses. Lucky for them the weather in Egypt and Monaco stays longer warm and sunny. With a bit of luck they still can wear their white lace dresses during the second half of September and in the month of October. Otherwise the dresses will be put away until the Spring of 2026.

I love this white dress on Letizia. I particularly the full skirt which isn’t so commonly seen these days, but always incredibly flattering (not to mention, fantastic to twirl in if the opportunity arises!).

  5. Abito molto bello, ma la gonna così ampia non dona alla fisicità di Letizia. Forse un tacco alto avrebbe aiutato, ma a quanto pare non può più indossarli.

Beautiful dress, though it seems to engulf QL,due to her amazing slim build. Maybe a bespoke slimmer version of the dress might have been a more flattering look.

Absolultely. Tailoring really makes a difference and this look just overwhelmes her.

Agree with Cate. This very elegant dress would have looked even better with a little less skirt. But this is one of Queen Letizia's best outfits.

The dress has a beautiful structure, I just feel that the petite Letizia looks a bit "drowned" in it.

  10. Superbe robe mais avec une jupe légèrement plus courte et surtout moins ample, Letizia aurait plus d'allure !
