Mayflower (Majblomman) was founded in 1907 and is Sweden’s largest child welfare organization. The fundraising campaign takes place over two weeks, after which Mayflower continues to support children throughout the year in various ways, in order to alleviate the effects of child poverty and financial vulnerability. This is done through direct grants to individual children, additional support to schools and associations, advocacy, public education, research, and summer activities.

Is that a Zara jacket HMQ is wearing? It works wonderfully with the blouce and trouser. I think box jacket are always better suited with a trouser rather than a skirt/dress.

This is how you arrange a collared blouse if you wear a suit jacket ... It is not my favourite style, collar+lapel - but at least here it is tidy and well-arranged, not tucked awkwardly under the jacket.

I can never understand why very wealthy families fund raise taking money from other people. Why not give their own money instead?

    1. Because the royal family of any country can’t feed and cloth and medicate all the needy people in their country on their own. It takes the whole community to work together to support each other. QSilvia is raising awareness and rewarding good work.

Amazing lady, she dresses so beautifully and has stayed so slim ( I am old so I can say that!) and maybe having daughters has helped her stay on trend. LRB
